It's a challenge for Australia to break new ground.

The top summits have already been conquered.

This is the unit that has claimed seven Cricket World Cups, plus an additional six T20 titles, and previously enjoyed nearly four years without defeat in 50-over cricket.

The secondary achievements, those for the achievement hunters, are all that remain for a team that has achieved everything.

The fact it required until Sunday's three-wicket win over India for them to achieve their initial ODI chase over 300, regaining their record for the largest in the female 50-over format, is, in truth, a testament to the pitchers that have sported the yellow jersey over the past 50 years.

It is hard for their batters to possess a record if not afforded the chance.

When she was out her side required another 66 at one run per ball - a manageable total now needing a comfortable finish.

"Pursuing 330 is new territory so I'm happy we have the belief to do that now," stated Healy further.

"Hopefully we don't have to do it again but, if necessary, we believe we can succeed."

Those words will be the last Australia's opponents at this World Cup want to hear.

Over the past five days a sense they will win from any position has grown stronger - this triumph coming after victory over Pakistan by 107 run margin despite being 76-7 at one stage.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before an encounter with traditional opponents England in Indore in a week and a half, by which point a semi-final berth may probably be guaranteed.

During that phase they exited last year's T20 World Cup in a shock defeat by South Africa - a game Healy missed because of ruptured tissue in her foot as she captained her nation for the inaugural occasion at an important competition.
