According to the formal announcement, "A strange meeting pulls protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a new quest, where whispers of prohibited practices and monstrous transformations echo through the obscurity." The plot introduces a "strangely garbed woman named Ada" who tasks the characters with venturing into the Gemstone Grotto—a key location from Attack on Titan—to save her ally from a clandestine cult.

The mission centers on "strange trials and a fearsome foe" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

Recognizable Settings and Transformations

The preview showcases the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This important location was previously where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through ages. The trailer ends with a powerful moment showing a character, presumably the prisoner, changing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
